Returns and Exchange policy

After contacting our Customer Service, just send the product in the original packaging to a non-franchise post office. Upon confirmation of receipt of the original product, the release of the new product will be made.

Defective/Faulty Product

If upon receiving the product you identify any defect or malfunction, please contact us immediately by e-mail from Monday to Friday. To exchange or return the product, the following conditions must be observed:

The product may not have signs of use;

The product must be shipped preferably in the original packaging, without violation, accompanied by an invoice;

When carrying out the return/exchange process, the customer must, on the back of the invoice to be returned/exchanged, inform the reason for the return/exchange, the name of the returnee, and the date of return.
